My team was quick, efficient, and very friendly. They actually moved quicker than the estimate so the price went down. They answered all my questions and complied with my requests. They were excellent!!!

The men were not in very good shape for tackling a 3rd floor fully furnished apartment. They struggled through most of it and inknow it was hard to do. They didn't bring a drill to use to take apart the beds so that took a while. No extra boxes were sent. I clearly discussed all the items I had, the 3rd floor apartment and extra boxes, etc that I needed.

The office staff was great in keeping up with my many changes and the schedule was correct on the day of the move. The moving team was awesome. They were friendly, professional, courteous, and fun. I appreciate all the hard work they did and the care they took with my furniture. They were thorough and definitely worth the cost, as they took better care of my stuff for moving than I do. Excellent service. Thank you for making my move easier and more fun than expected.
