Osborn (courteous) and Ward (unfriendly) did not "hustle" and it seemed they were trying to stretch the time. Our job was estimated at 6-8 hrs although all we had was furniture pieces and 2 boxes. We estimated it should take 4-5 hours. 30 minutes into the move my husband and I overheard the workers saying something like, "What are we going to do for 2 hours?” Ward rearranged the items in the truck several times using up time. While unloading they disappeared for 15 min. I found them in the truck folding blankets. They said it was so small items wouldn't be lost in the blankets. All we had was Large furniture, no small items! Later, they again folded blankets for another 15 minutes. This time it was for safety so they wouldn't trip on the blankets. $120 an hr to fold blankets!

This company was very respectful of my items. They were curtious and professional. I had my 3yr old trying to help and they were kind and showed patience and let him help.

We were so blown away by the wonderful gentlemen that moved us last week. All four of them were courteous and thoughtful in every way. They showed us every consideration they could and made the move as stress free as possible. They wanted to know if they could do anything to help and gave the best service we've experienced in a long time. So few people are that caring. These guys really do care. The gentleman that really stood out is A. Williams. He is helpful and thorough, the best! We really enjoyed this crew, and will recommend them to everyone.

The crew we had was great. Hazael, Gardener, and Hayes. They all went above and beyond to get the job done! In fact we are going to request them specifically to move us from our storage unit into our new house when it is done.

The only thing that happened that made things difficult for me after the fact was that the movers ended up keeping the key to my storage unit lock. I called and talked to Tony and they delivered a key and lock over, but those were not my key/lock. So, great service on their part to deliver the key to me, but it ended up being the wrong key. Thankfully, I was eventually able to find my spare lock key and so was able to close out my storage unit. Overall, Zack and Curtis were great, super nice guys, quick service, tried to be careful bringing furniture in.

The 2 men did a great job. I don't believe we were told that we could not write a personal check from the office team, if we did I didn't remember. So, the men had to call the office to get approval of a check which took alittle longer.

What a great team that came to my place. Very efficient in moving my belongings. They worked hard and used time well. I only booked 2-3 hours and they only used two.

The four men were absolutely amazing. They took excellent care of our furniture and us. They were all intelligent and fantastic with problem solving...and strong. They even lifted our huge refrigerator over the kitchen counter because it was the only way to get it into the kitchen. They were respectful and genuinely cared. We are proud to see these fine young men working their way through college.
We will be making a second move in a couple of month, after we have finished sorting through 30 years of “stuff” at our old home. We will be calling Two Men and a Truck in Colorado Springs again.

Mr Jones and Mr Read were so concerned about my moving needs and very sensitive and attentive. They listened very well to detail. When I return to Colorado Springs I would love to have them move my household to my new home. So well see you soon (March 2019).
