Could not be more pleased with my total experience. The team was courteous, professional, and accommodating. We asked the team to move an extra item at the delivery site and they quickly and happily helped us out. They were delayed in showing up at the pick up site because of a temporary DOT inspection station. The staff notified me of the delay and the team was careful to more than account for the delay so that none of that time was charged to me.

Everything went well. There were some fridge parts that seem to be missing, but overall the move went smoothly. The move was a a medium to large size house. The price was about what I was expecting.

With the tight turn they had to make to get into the basement, I expected a little wall damage and a couple of items scratched but they didn't damage any walls or any of the items they moved. The best experience I have had with moving my household belongings. Very friendly and hard working. I will call on Two Men and a Truck the next time I have items to move.

Overall I was very happy with the service. During the move my dryer was scratched, my washer was badly scratched and my new coffee table was nicked. However I do understand that during a move these things can happen. The overall experience with Two Men & A Truck was great. The two gentlemen that were assigned to our move were VERY friendly and helpful. I will definitely use your company again in the future and will refer as well.

Overall, service was fine, but disappointed two boxes clearly marked “this side up” were anything but. Fragile marked items were also piled on their sides. File cabinet wooden door was possibly damaged by mover but is being fixed. Can’t get electric recliner to operate now (?). Christmas tree base was put in a wardrobe box, as requested, but noticed it was coming through box at bottom without being taken out and put in new wardrobe box. Biggest disappointment was that our DirecTV DVR cannot be found (and we have to pay them $135 for a replacement (plus we lose our recorded shows). Two guys were sent out to help look for where it may have been boxed but one guy kept telling us that they can’t stay long since the one guy was supposed to be leaving shortly. Overall, we were pleased. Thank you

The only complaint I would have is that it took the movers 1 hour 5 min to do the job, but I still was charged for 2 hours. That part was annoying and would make me hesitant to use the company again. But otherwise everyone I interacted with was pleasant and professional. The movers were able to get some heavy furniture up my stairway, and for that I will always be grateful.

Portillo and McNeal were my movers. They went the extra mile in every way and went out of their way to take care of my things and put them where they should go in the house. My husband is disabled and he was working at the time of the move, I couldn't do this move alone and they took a huge weight off knowing that they wanted to help and showed professionalism and a great attitude during the process.

Can't thank you guys enough!
