Ended up being a very mixed bag.
It's been over 2 months since the move and the local manager in Pueblo still has not acted on a partial refund we had agreed on for the cost of the packing.
Most of the packers and movers were outstanding employees. On the first day though, one was a slacker and this delayed the packing goals which then dominoed into the next day that was meant to be just loading and traveling and we ended up delayed significantly - we had to drive part of the night. The drivers as well as myself had to find hotels on the road around midnight. The 3-rd day ( unloading day) the 2 drivers did their utmost, they had 2 trucks to unload !- but arrangements to get 2 more men locally fell though, until a bit of help arrived later in the day.
So huge stress for everyone around.
*** I ended up paying for about two extra hours worth due to slacker/packer delays... I feel this is not my responsibility to cover for him. My total costs were inflated because of that.
This was an interstate move to the neighboring state.

Our moving team was very professional, friendly, and efficient!

There were two gentlemen that hustled the whole time. The younger kid just moved little things and didn’t too help much.

I also had boxes colored coded and towards the end, after a very long day of moving, things just got stuffed in the garage....

But overall they worked hard and would use again.

The team was super nice, professional, and really fast with their work!

Movers were courteous and considerate. They were efficient and did a great job!

The office staff answered cost questions quickly and no guessing about hourly rate. All members of the company were friendly, and helpful. I will use the company again!

I called and got a quote from you and with the senior discount, your price was the best. I was surprised to be able to get an appointment on such short notice! The two gentlemen that did the moving were on time, very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable! I’d like for these two young men to get some kind of bonus! Anything I asked them to do they did! I actually got more moved than I expected because of their quickness! I think their names were Daniel and Thomas. Please reward them somehow. Thank you for a terrific moving experience!! If you’re on the fence about what company to hire, please don’t hesitate to give them a try!!

Thanks for the crew I had to move me into storage and then again moving into our house. They made moving less stressful.

Everything was professional, the lead person was top of the line. If I was hiring staff I would go after this person. All the members of the team were great and hard working.
