Michael and his partner (from Saipan - didn't get his name) were exceptional. We
had them deliver a bedroom set to the Salvation Army for us. They carefully wrapped the pieces as if they were going to our own home. They were exceptionally efficient, very polite and friendly. We enjoyed spending the time with them. We could not have been more pleased with the whole transaction.

Our team was truelt excellent. They were careful, thoughtful and very efficient. I have no complaints or concerns. I would not hesitate to use them again

Ref Office team: only 3 stars. I called twice the week before requesting a call back. No response. Came into the office. Front desk girls were masked and courteous. My agent came out and took my information in her cubicle. She was not masked initially, nor did she mask during our discussion. At 70 years, that places me at undue risk. The woman in the cubby next to her stayed fully masked.

We ended needing a second team and truck. They accommodated with another great team. Thanks for a great job.!

Rachel, in the office, was quick and responsive. The moving guys showed up on time, clearly explained the process, and worked hard. I have no complaints and no suggestions for doing it better. Thanks!
