The overall staff at time of initial bid was excellent, however when I purchased some boxes four boxes were used and did not realize this until I used one half picture box and tried to return the boxes not used and the lady said she would not give me credit for the boxes as they were used. I tried to explain to her that the staff loaded the boxes in my vehicle and I did not inspect them until I started packing. She was unwilling to to refund for three boxes. The moving guys were exceptional - Erik, Anthony and Sterling! Hard working attentive to detail and very pleasant and helpful. If everyone had these three move them the rating would soar above 100%. Thanks guys.

Awesome customer service! The Two men (Bascom and Glenn) used extreme care moving my furniture out and into new home treating it as their own. They were very friendly, respectful, and courteous throughout the move...A+ service...highly recommended for any move!

That three fellows that moved us were terrific. They were very conscientious about the fragility of our belongings and took great care to ensure that everything went smoothly. They were very pleasant, friendly and worked diligently to make sure that we were satisfied with the move and placement of all items.

Wonderful! We needed to move a very heavy piece of exercise equipment to our basement fitness room. The two movers planned it well and took good care of the equipment and our home. It was a very tough job, but they remained poised and courteous the whole time. We never could have done this without Two Men and a Truck. Highly recommended for any moving needs!

The two guys worked very hard that day. They made sure the items were moved and staged where we wanted them. The guys were a pleasure to work with. Job well done!

Multiple user. Usually the service is excellent - this time good. Movers themselves - excellent. Despite having given a detailed inventory of what would be picked up the truck was too small and a second truck was sent out. One of the two trucks ran out of gas close to point of origin house with a load. I was not charged for this hour and a half but it did push our unpacking later into the evening than expected. Strangely, when the assistant manager called me to see how the move was going and I mentioned this to him, he did not even comment. Later i was told he was the third man I saw with out of gas truck, So, he knew and ignored it - both in his call and when i mentioned it. I should have been offered some discount for the headache.

I've used Two Men and a truck multiple times. Always professional and a positive experience. The only negative was no record of past use when usage when we called about setting up this move. Not a big deal, but this compromises the totally professional organization reputation. The movers are consistently fantastic.

It was great having Two Men and a Truck move all of the stuff and made my job a lot easier.
