The moving team that showed up was so polite! They went right to work and made the move happen quickly as not to waste our time or theirs. I was so pleased and will definitely hire Two Men and a Truck again!

The movers did a good job. They were friendly and professional. I did notice that they work very slowly. In addition, I got a call saying that they could not drive more than 50 mph due to bad weather. When I spoke to the person in the office he said it was due to either bad weather or problems with the truck. I arrived at my destination about 45 minutes BEFORE the movers arrived. I asked one of the movers if the roads were bad and he said, andquot;No.andquot; He could not give me a reason why they could not go any faster than 50 mph. It is obvious to me that TWO MEN AND A TRUCK try to stretch out the time to get more money. I was disappointed about that but overall they did a decent job.

My movers were incredibly courteous and very helpful. I'll always recommend this company.

The office staff was amazing, Erin explained everything and ordered a mattress protector for me and explained how the process works ,I enjoyed working with her. The moving crew was about 40 minutes early which was awesome however, without the mattress protector we asked for when we made the appointment and a crew member who was very sick and shouldn't have been working. When moving my mattress they tore a small hole in the bottom and were very unprepared to move it. I would have moved it up the stairs myself had I known. Everyone in the house we moved out of and us are now sick with whatever he had. I know it's hard to send people home and for people to miss work and they did their best, the other guy was quiet but did his job very well, he handled the paperwork at the end efficiently

I would just like to say that Williams and D.Glenn did an outstanding job

The office personnel was courteous and diligent. The field personnel was efficient and careful with my belongings. My only complaints are: 1) that I waited almost 30 minutes inside the office at the storage facility for the field personnel to arrive, meanwhile they were andquot;waitingandquot; at the gas station in front of the storage facility. None of the field personnel had the initiative to go inside the office of the storage facility to look for me.
2) that the office personnel never explained that I had to pay for a minimum of 2 hours. The job was completed in 1 hour and 15 minutes, but I still had to pay for 2 hours of work. I find that omission unacceptable and unfair.
