Being from out of state (NY) you never know who you are going to get and they made me feel comfortable BUT most importantly confident they can get the job done! I would highly recommend this group to anyone working in the Colorado area.

My sister at the pickup location is the person who spoke to the office and made the arrangements, so I do not have feedback for that. I was on the receiving end, and everything was done with professionalism. I was disappointed at the process of receiving the credit card payment however. It seems archaic in that it was manually written on a multiple page document (including all numbers, expiration date and security code) and then called in for a confirmation code. It seems like there was no need to write it down if it was being called in. I was uncomfortable with the truck driving around the rest of the day with my information written on a piece of paper.

The guys did exactly what they said they were going to do, and they did it with care and precision. Great job!!

When the movers arrived, I had everything in the first room for them. When they seem a heavy and old TV , they said it wasn't on the list , but I had told the person on the phone my list was the same as when two men & a truck moved me in except for some items I no longer had AND two I added on. That's the only part of the move I wasn't pleased with, and it could have been he didn't hear me correctly on the phone.
