Everything was excellent, except I've not heard from the wall-damage repair person. Please contact me to get the wall fixed.

I've used Two Men several times in the past, with varying results. But I have never had an experience that would prevent me from using them in the future. Until this last weekend. I understand things happen - being late, moving slowly, dinging up walls, long breaks, etc. But all in one move? This was a first.

I don't normally complain about cost, I know what I'm getting into, but it seems that the movers were moving at a pace that would line up with the estimated move time, even though I INTENTIONALLY over estimated.

And they took time off right in the middle of a 5 hr move that has taken 2-3 hrs in the past. They started at 915a, and went on an hour and a half break at 1030! To be fair, they didn't charge for an hour of that 1.5 hour break.

This is the last time I move with Two Men.

One of the last things my brother did was recommend 2 Men And Truck Moving. I received a fair estimate over the phone, the guys showed up ready to do the job. They were able to do everything I was incapable of doing on my own. There were a couple scratches however, it was a tight fit. The guys did a great job. It was a lot of work. I am extremely grateful!!! Yes I will recommend two Men and a Truck to anybody who needs assistance moving. Thank you all very much!!! Keep up the good work!

My floor was scratched in the bedroom but the movers said that it would definitely be fixed by their employer I
I filled out a damage report and they were very accommodating

Our furniture was not put back together properly, there are multiple nicks, dings, and scratches in not only my furniture but also my new house.

one of our chairs leg was broken we didnt notice till next day what is the process on getting it fixed?

The team was on time, steady workers, courteous, friendly. Everything seemed to go well. I considered that I was receiving my money's worth. Problems discovered the next days, 1) day bed was reassembled improperly (frame upside down and backwards) and "allen"style screw heads were stripped. 2) King sized Waterbed (under drawer) frame was reassembled improperly (left side was upside down and support panels in wrong place. 3) China cabinet must have been dropped at some point (roller casters were driven hard into base of cabinet allowing no floor clearance). Day bed and waterbed have been disassemble, repaired and reassembled. The china cabinet repair is another matter, I am still attempting its repair.

Crew very nice, but there were scratches on many of my furniture pieces. Heavy pieces and stairs and some some narrow passages to blame.

The crew on both days was excellent. Really great attitudes and willingness to do whatever was needed. I would definitely recommend to my friends. I had one broken mirror nightstand and was told I would get a call re: the repair. The move was on Sat. and I haven't heard from anyone yet. Otherwise, A+ service!

The delivery team did a great job. They did end up tearing our laminate in the laundry room but the office team was able to get a company out to repair it quickly. Thank you for the great service
