The guys doing to moving were great however there were tons of dings and chips on the furnisher. Nothing was broken and there isn't anything that I can't touch up but there may need to be a little more care.

Happy except our hard wood floor was scratched and living room ceiling dinged. Ok since we are refinishing floors and painting. Very concerned about the guys who move everything back in on the 31st of August. Please send your best crew who will not scratch the floor or ding the paint.

I am a repeat customer and chose your company again due to the great work and follow-up. The front office was great but they advised three movers would be sufficient to move my item. The movers later requested an additional mover to assist and were able to complete the move. Slight damage during the move but the company was quick to assist with the repair process. Overall, very satisfied.

There was damage to my property, was informed that the company would take care of it in several days. This has not happen.

I thought I was getting 2 men & truck but most of time only one man worked. Very slow process , I always been happy with 2 men & trucks what a difference this time, I cannot tell you how unhappy with this move. Top of everything they broke my headboard for queen bed And I’m still waiting Crain service.

The men were excellent and worked hard. There was just one problem when one of my cabinets was damaged. It fell off the truck and crashed on the ground and was damaged to a point where it needed to be replaced. Jason called me and we discussed the company that originally made the Hot Rod Cabinet no longer manufactures them. I told him I purchased it in 2004 and the price was $139.00. He said he will cut me a check next week. I thank you for replacing the cost but I'm still sorry it happened.

The movers were friendly but broke my aunt’s lamp sconce and the switch was bent. The lamp still works, and they apologized, but it was still inconvenient. Otherwise good move all around.

Jackson, our crew leader, did an excellent job with the walk through and explaining the whole process. The 4-man crew's productivity was very good. There were only 2 very minor damages that were really only one incident. A large, metal file cabinet slipped and left a 3" scratch on the wood floor. At the same time, a 1" mark was made on the drywall in the stairway. At the new location, the crew was able to get a large desk into a small office room. I didn't think that it would fit, but they tried several angles and squeezed it in! They worked until about 7 PM to make sure everything was set up properly. Good Team!!

Costly service, that we took for what we assumed is a reputable company. Office staff and moving staff very friendly and professional, however were careless, scuffed many walls in old property and new, broke two pieces of furniture and then offered to repair rather than replace.. Not cool, will not use again

I was charged for boxes that weren't used. My China hutch mirror was broken. A picture was broken that was set on the ground in the garage and never disclosed to me. No one called about the damage. After three days I called. It took still another week for the damage guy to call. He wanted to come out the next day and asked me to call him when I finished with my other appointment so he could come over. I called, he didn't answer. Left a message, no return call back. He never came by. Now we leave Monday for vacation and this damage can't get looked at for at least two weeks, if it gets looked at at all. I'm very dissatisfied and, at this point, I very much regret using Two Men and a Truck.
