I was very unhappy with the moving team, while they were nice, I was missing $850 cash out of my wallet in my office. I reported to Brice the manager, filled out a police report, but your company had frankly done nothing. I confronted them when I pulled out my credit card, noticed my missing cash that I had just put in my wallet. I had already tipped them each $150 by check. Noticed scratches

Seemed like the team ran out of steam. Everything went well during packing and pick up but once we got to the destination they didn’t listen/argued about where we wanted boxes and shook them to figure out where they should go. Had a couple of dishes break and noticed more damage than I anticipated after they had left.

Your office staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient! The movers were very professional while also being friendly and helpful! The move had a few surprises that they dealt with efficiently and with good humor. They were very careful with our furniture and completed the move under the time estimate. All of those from your company involved lived up to what you advertise.
