I used Two Men and Truck based upon experience using them 3 months prior in another state. Little did I know how much service can vary. In the event I paid more to move a 2 bedroom apartment than a 4 bedroom house on my prior move. 7 hours (oh they took one off for lunch) to move a 2 bed apartment 20 minutes down the freeway!
I called to lodge a claim. No one returned my call despite being assured a manager would contact me. Finally today, I called back about two weeks later and was informed by the representative that the claim had been lodged and closed by a manager ( recall I have received no contact re the claim)?? I won't be using Two Men and Truck in this lifetime again.

The day of the move they were 2 hours late and I had to wait for them within a 4 hour window, requested to have that changed to 2 hours and the office staff refused and they ending up showing up 2 hours past the 4 hours. What's the point then? No update. I had to contact someone on the website to be able to get ahold of the drivers and get an update. Within 5 to 10 minutes the drivers contact me telling me they'll be there in 30 minutes. How convenient that they just happened to be exactly 30 minutes away when I had to contact someone to get ahold of them. I also tried contacting the office staff for almost an hour between 4PM and 5PM, on a Friday, when they were supposed to be until 5. My overall experience was poor.

Disappointed with San Diego team. We had used St. Louis team prior and they were fantastic. San Diego team did not come close to be as good in any way as St. Louis team.

Prices were reasonable for the services offered and the time frame I booked in. Movers were fast, efficient and friendly for the entire move. Office staff explained everything thoroughly and checked in half way through the move. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and will be using this company again for any future moves.

Kudos to your team the movers called prior to arrival, arrived on time, went directly to work moving the large armoire and mirror. They did this effortlessly and delivered it promptly to our new location.

Although the office staff was very helpful, they also did not completely understand how to most efficiently pack and move my items. The moving team was very friendly and efficient and was very careful with all of my belongings. I will definitely use this company again when I move!

My first experience didn't start off great, as I was supposed to have a start time between 8 and 9 am and I received a call at 8:55 am telling me that they were not coming as someone did not come into work. I thought it was pretty bad that they decided to call me right at the end of the time frame, when I had been waiting the whole time for them. However, it got better as the two men who helped move me came at 12:30 in the afternoon pickup window and I received a discount.
The two men I had were great. They arrived on time, and even though they were tired, they continued to work until everything was upstairs. I unfortunately do not have an elevator at my second place and I live on the third floor so they had to carry all of my heavy pieces upstairs, but they were great about it.

During a very stressful time, Two Men and a Truck provided a completely positive experience. The office staff, and information provided on-line, were very accurate, and gave me a great idea what to expect. The moving team arrived on schedule, had great attitudes, and were extremely efficient. I would definitely use this company again!
