I wasn’t given enough trucks to complete the job. After seeing the situation, the crew didn’t follow my request to prioritize furniture over boxes and we now have to move the rest with a U-Haul. The boxes and pictures could have fit in our pick up truck. I am not happy. I spent a lot of money and they didn’t even get the job done.

For safety reasons, some items aren't disassembled. We did offer a second truck, which you declined, and suggested a second move, which was also declined.

Kavin A, Angelica N, and Gary R made moving such a breeze. They were on time, efficient, organized, and incredibly thoughtful with my items. They checked in with me regularly during the loading process. They moved so fast unloading and put everything exactly where we talked about it being. They were very kind and professional.

There was some miscommunication with the website/moving team. When filling out the information on what furniture I needed to be moved, I received a message that my upright piano could not be moved. When the movers came to my home on move day they asked if they were moving the piano, as they move them all the time. I said no as I already hired a different company to move the piano.

The movers were not very careful very moving our items. Also, the scheduling was confusing. They showed much earlier than expected and when I called the office to get an update, I was told the movers had not left the shop yet but this not correct. All this made it difficult to understand how many hours were actually worked and billed.
