It’s hard to review a move when the company refused to go through with it as promised the day of. Considering the move is today instead I will be following up with your company after completed to voice my concerns and dissatisfaction with the process. I will be following up with Google/yelp/etc reviews as necessary after the process is complete as well.

We completely understand your position, and we regret any inconvenience caused by the rescheduling. At Two Men And A Truck, we follow the Grandma Rule, treating every single one of our customers like our grandma. Having said that, we also prioritize the well-being of our team. Due to the unsanitary conditions at the home on the day of the move, we had no choice but to reschedule. It was crucial on our end to provide the best environment for both our team and yourself to have a successful move.

I had to call 4 times to get moving boxes delivered to my place. And then the moving boxes were delivered on the wrong date when I was out of town. This was a big inconvenience for my move.

The movers did a great job moving and were careful to get everything packaged and protected. It was quite pricey though and not sure if that was reasonable.

The two movers I was scheduled with truly couldn't have been nicer and more helpful with my move. They were punctual, paid attention to the details, and ensured that everything went smoothly from start to finish. I will definitely use two men and a truck for my next move!

Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this company that happened to be referred. To make matters worse after sharing the unprofessional manner in which they operate to the general manager he not only dismissed my expensive but was condescending and rude. Will not be using them again nor refer to any company or individual.

The moving crew showed up within 15 mins of the beginning of our moving window which was very convenient. They were very polite, professional, and respectful of the property and surrounding areas in which they had to grab the needed items. I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

I wasn’t given enough trucks to complete the job. After seeing the situation, the crew didn’t follow my request to prioritize furniture over boxes and we now have to move the rest with a U-Haul. The boxes and pictures could have fit in our pick up truck. I am not happy. I spent a lot of money and they didn’t even get the job done.

For safety reasons, some items aren't disassembled. We did offer a second truck, which you declined, and suggested a second move, which was also declined.

The movers loaded your large furniture and an unplanned piano. Pianos require special handling.
