The Movers were kind. I thought they were slow, they didn't have to get to another job. I think they should have reiterated their start time when they arrived. Was the arrival time when they pulled in front of my house? Or was it when they moved the truck so it was situated for loading? Or was it when the contract was signed? Did I have to pay for their paperwork time? I calculated the time 45 minutes less than they did. Since they get paid by the hour, I didn't feel obligated to tip, especially since I did a coffee run, and lunch run gratuitously for them. I hope they are correct in saying my furniture will not be damaged by leaving the plastic and blankets on and poking holes in the plastic. It is in storage so I won't know for 6 months. So this survey should be done at that time.

I thought my move was going to be easy but it turned out it was not so easy. There were issues with some things after we arrived at the new location but the moving team kept up the good attitude and went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care, during the move and before they left. Very professional and courteous. Great team!

The movers were unprofessional and suggested I let them work “off the clock” and pay them directly since they “only made $12 and $15 per hour”. They worked extremely slow and I had to go looking for them over 20 times. They talked about personal issues, dating and other inappropriate stuff. Luckily their Operations Manager showed up to check on the move experience and I was able to tell him how unprofessional the movers were. He offered a small discount and an apology.

Vince and John were two of the hardest working guys I’ve seen. Those poor guys had to haul my stuff up 2 flights of stairs, TWO flights! Zero complaints, only concerned with making me (The customer) happy.
Give these guys a RAISE!!

We had used this company before and they were so careful with our furniture and fast, very friendly but professional. It had been 11 years ago, but they were still the only company that we trusted with our move.

They showed up right on time, moved everything effortlessly and efficiently. They were kind and courteous. Singing the entire time!! Yes...singing!! I loved it! Kept me in a good move and took my stress away. The two men I got were FABULOUS!! So sweet and kind.

Those two people were the hardest working two people I have ever seen in my life. If I had any more money to my name I would have gave them a much bigger tip. Oh...by the way! I was NOT given a heads up about a tip during my set up call. Then when payment was due she asked if I wanted to add it to the credit card? I was embarrassed and felt terrible as I have had alot on my mind moving and did not think about that part. But they definitely deserved it. I gave them the little cash I had on me. Which was my school money and wished I could give more. BUT it was not mentioned when I set up my move on the phone and therefore was not in my budget plan. I probably should have thought about it but due to the price and being new to this a heads up would have been cool. They surely deserve a raise!!
