I have never used a professional moving service before--for residential or commercial purposes. When our first movers cancelled on us 5 days before our company move, I contacted your company and I am beyond thankful the first company cancelled. The experience from start to finish was phenomenal! The office staff was super helpful and the movers were detailed and very professional--had us laughing all day! Will highly recommend to anyone who needs a moving service!

The guys who assisted us this day were great. Very accommodating and worked hard. I appreciate their willingness to do get the job done and be flexible.

My only concern is more procedural - the guys were required to move the carpets/furniture rugs around within the truck , which took a combined time of 30 minutes on both ends. This took time away from moving items and I had to pay for that. Something to consider. They didn't 'milk' the process, it just seems like way too many blankets were loaded on the truck on the front end..which cost me on the back end.

I had a horrible experience with a different moving company on a prior move. I was definitely nervous about this move. Speaking with the staff on the phone put me at ease. Communication was great and all was explained in detail. Our movers, Kenneth and Brandon, were amazing! They went above and beyond. They are very professional and kind. I will recommend two men and a truck any time.
