Our moving experience with Two Men and a Truck was wonderful from beginning to end. The response time to my inquiry was so fast, and the office team made setting up our move really easy. Our moving team was professional, courteous, friendly, careful, and easy to work with. They arrived on time, listened to what we wanted done, and got to work quickly. They worked efficiently and took great care to move our things without damaging the items or the walls/doors.
Overall, the office and movers were sensitive to the stress of moving and helped guide us to make the move as simple and easy as possible. I would definitely use Two Men and a Truck again!

Ron, Kevin and Arkatti were very thoughtful, kind, courteous and quick. I had purchased a bed and Ron put it together...even without instructions. I had several phone calls checking in and one gentleman came by to check in as well. Very customer focused greatly appreciated.

I can't say enough about the men who moved our belongings. Not only were they very polite as always, but they each actually seem to enjoy their work and were very pleasant to be around. If you needed to ask one of them to do something for you they were always immediately attentive to your needs and desires. This is our 5th time using Two Men and a Truck and we have always received absolutely excellent service. Thank you.

I am very unhappy with my service due to several reasons. The moving team were very slow; no sense of urgency which led me to a very costly move. Once I told them I had a drop dead time I needed to be at the other house; they stepped it up; however I also got a call from the office that the team called her and said we needed another truck and 2 additional movers. I felt at that point I was trapped into saying yes. Another issue I have is I realize new empl. have to be trained but I do not feel it is fair that I pay for you to train your employee. Essentially I had 1 person that worked their tail off out of 3. This move cost me more then a move from Livermore to Roseville, when this move was 2 ml away. I wanted a credit but the manager said NO. NOT HAPPY WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN!

The experience was great. However, the computer sent with the movers had not been charged. Therefore, everyone was waiting for over an hour. When the man brought the new computer, he did not apologize and was rude. I have used Two Men and a Truck many times and I will continue to use. This person was a problem and if the attitude begins to seep into other areas, then I would not use.

Both men were great. They were right on time, worked efficiently, friendly and I would definitely use them again.

I couldn't be more happy with Two Men and a Truck. I wish I could give a rating better than excellent for my movers Carl and Myron. They were so amazing. Their care, their professionalism, their attitude and, most of all, their work was amazing. This is the company I will ALWAYS use to move my belongings. Thank you for being so great!
