The two men were very pleasant and hard working. There were two antique pieces which were damaged, I assume in transit, on one the door was ripped off and will require repairs, the other I repaired already. Vince and Kenny were very respectful and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone, even with a couple of "Bumps"

I called at the very last minute for my move, and I was pleasantly surprised that the office staff were able to call me back within half an hour to tell me they were able to find me movers even though they had originally told me all the movers were booked.

The guys were awesome and quick and efficient. They were easy to work with.

When I arranged to have items moved from a small unit to a larger unit at Security Public Storage, I was quoted an hourly rate and was told about the 3 hour minimum. However, I specifically questioned how much my move would cost because it would likely take an hour or so. I told the woman I spoke with I wanted to make sure I wouldn't be charged 3 hours for a job lasting an hour. She laughed along with me and told me it would be $139. I had the movers complete the job once they arrived because I was stuck and would have to pay for their services regardless. Your Customer Service Representative misled me and lead me to believe that the job would cost $139. A big reason I picked this company was the price but if I'd known how much it would really be, I never would have used your company.
