Great communication by the office staff prior to move as well as the day of our move. Erika coming out to our home and Jessica calling me was really unexpected and welcomed. It was impressive that your commitment to quality included that.Move team overall was really great.Professional, courteous and mostly took care of our belongings.Impressed with their speed and care they took in wrapping the furniture items.At the new location, i was not aware that a screw for a primary piece of our bedroom furniture had been lost.They were unable to secure it telling me with kind of an “oh well, it happens” attitude suggesting maybe it was at our original location.A china cabinet has also now shown a new crack which the move team would have seen upon arrival.No one told me, had to discover on my own.

Leadman was good, but the third man was argumentative. I asked that my antique roll top desktop was strapped,; however, this was not done and the desktop fell apart being moved and I ultimately had to fix it with the help of the lead man. The antique desk was not properly wrapped and drawers fell out when the desk was carried from the truck to the dwelling. Other things were wrapped (large toolbox) that already had locked drawers. Some storage bins were carelessly turned over that mixed the contents up. I also had damage to a doorway from a heavy bed frame.

Overall I was fairly satisfied with the movers except for a couple of things. They disassembled my dining table left the screws at the old house. Fortunately, I spotted the screws and put in an envelope and took it to the new location. They disassembled my office desk and it was not properly assembled at the new house. The top almost lifts off. I guessing they lost some screws. Finally, they lost a garbage bag full of very expensive pillows.

The movers worked really hard but they broke and damaged most of my furniture and put a big hole in the wall.

Walls were damaged at the house we moved out of, elliptical was broken in the move, damage was done to the new house when a table was attempted to be forced through.

The moving team was outstanding and provide superior service to make the actual move go as smoothly as possible.

The packing team were very efficient and professional....however, we are missing the contents of an entire drawer from the Master Bedroom which contained a bank bag containing credit cards and various legacy iphones. Would like to know the steps to take if they are still unaccounted for once all of the unpacking is completed.

my furniture was damaged. my walls and flooring in my new place were damaged. glass bowls were broke. I can't say I would recommend this company due to the damages above. I asked for 3 men and was only provided 2.

Service was mostly ok...not worth mentioning to others, but it was sufficient for my situation. When i called to make my appointment, the staff was very friendly. But thats about as far as that goes.

They told me that I would be getting a call 30-45 minutes prior to arrival. Never received that call, which was problematic for me as i was moving and unpacking at another location.

I ordered certain items to protect my stuff, like mattress bags...they charged me for them and never brought them, i had to buy those items from my local storage facility.

And when it came to moving, they didnt use any carpeting, or anything, to protect the floors from their dirt and grime, so i spent the better part of 2 hours cleaning carpets of the grease.

They work in a pinch, but thats it.

Very nice movers very helpful and hard working. I found a small hole and scratch to other home that was not reported to me. That is my only complaint.

They broke stuff, ruined some of my furniture, didn’t place heavy furniture where I directed them to, were slow and complained the whole time. A couple of them were very inexperienced and were put on a truck together without anyone with experience. They damaged the walls in both the house I moved out of and also the one I moved into. I will never use this company again.
