The moving team was great, they were friendly and worked well together. I appreciate that my time felt valued, and that they were safe carrying and moving our items and furniture. They were a solid team, and made us feel comfortable with this process.

The only critique is that a few glasses were broken, including our champagne flutes from our wedding, something we learned while unpacking.

The guys did a great job with everything and in a timely manner. No complaints!

The office teams at both sending and receiving ends were great. The people I worked with were very quick to respond to my questions and were thorough in their responses. The delivery team was great. Very friendly and professional. There was some damage to a couple of pieces and Michael did a great job explaining the damage claim process. I am now waiting to process the damage claim.

My moving team was amazing. They made me feel very comfortable and were super organized. The office team was accommodating as well. The move went seamlessly, I was happy throughout the whole process! The team was FANTASTIC. I had a lot of anxiety about moving and they were so fast, efficient, and clear in telling me what they were doing and what was happening. My anxiety left quickly. The team leader was particularly skilled at keeping his team motivated - doing a good job of keeping some fun while also being careful with my things.
