In the beginning I thought they were doing a great job. They were friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. It wasn't until after they left and after I had tipped them $50 each (3 movers) that I realized that they had only done half of their job. None of the furniture was set up or placed where I wanted it. I am disabled and not able to move heavy items. I had to hire extra help to finish the job.

The moving team was excellent! They were careful, efficient, fast and friendly. They treated my items with care and were very helpful. I would definitely use this team and company again and wholeheartedly recommend them.

The team of young men who did my move were awesome. My concern was with the person I spoke to to schedule my move, I believe there was some miscommunication and misunderstanding of information regarding my move. My expectations were to keep the move under a certain timeframe and cost of which I believe I stated, but the moving team was told the job would be an 8 hour job at $250 an hour.

I don’t remember the names of the men who moved me, but my name is Cheryl and I was moved from Elk Grove to sacramento on September 28th. I had a 3 man crew that was very fast and efficient. They had no problem wearing masks due to I have a very Ill grandmother living with me. I will definitely recommend. Please find out who these men are and let them know we appreciated their professionalism
