This was my 4th move with TMandamp;T. The movers I had this time around (Jamel and Marquise) were the best I have had. They were positive, efficient and solution oriented. Listening to them think through how to move my large furniture and guiding one another through it was teamwork at its best. My move was to a different city and took about 12 hours. They were still positive and energetic to the very end. I couldn't have asked for a better pair to support my move.
The reason I gave a andquot;goodandquot; to the office team was because my online quote request was not answered. I had to call to get the information and set up the move. The confirmation call I received was for the wrong moving day. Once that was fixed, the rest of the TMandamp;T experience was excellent.

Moved my office from one location to another and took the excess furniture to my home. Great service andamp; very happy I hired them.

The two men were: John and George. They were great, very professional, efficient, hard working and friendly. They packed up all the furniture to be sure it would travel safely and took special care with those items and boxes marked fragile. Thanks to both men.

The actual move itself was very good. The problem I had was more administrative and financial. I was provided with minimal information on the phone and received a 2 page email regarding the services, etc. The representative gave me an estimate of what he thought the cost would be. The info he emailed to me said andquot;If damage is caused by our service, Two Men and A Truck will take the reasonable steps to repair, compensate, or replace the damaged item in accordance with....andquot; When the movers arrived, one got to work wrapping and packing the furniture. The other guy was asking for my signature on multiple subjects that I didn't know anything about. He said I could read about the info on his little IPad. My stuff was going out the door while this was happening. Then the insurance info came up...

I canandacirc;??t thank Mark and Terry enough for their professionalism and help through out this move. They were very hard workers and got my move done in record timing! I also canandacirc;??t say enough about their positive and caring personalities. I will definitely be requesting them next time I move or the next time one of my family/friends needs movers. Thanks again for everything!

It was courteous, prompt, and theguys that moved were very nice. Ricky's team is A-1!!

After speaking with the gal at the office I told my wife we didn't have to unpack the dressers or take down the bed , we had plenty to do already so that was very nice. We liked how everything was wrapped and handled - the guys were super friendly and put all of the stuff where we asked... They even asked if there was anything else they could do before we agreed they were done. I'm moving to a new house in four months and will be calling you guys, thanks so much ! Best $700 I ever spent

My team arrived on time and immediately reviewed what was being moved to my new house. I watched them secure my items and protect them. They were very willing to assist me with the placement of boxes in the correct rooms. I have a bed that lifts up and down. I kept meaning to remind them the bed had to be reassembled, but we both got sidetracked and forgot. I plan to contact 2 men and a truck to request assistance with this. Otherwise, they did a tremendous job.

The TWO MEN could not have been better! They showed up on time, knew how to do the job, and worked fast! Although I hope not to have to use them again, I certainly would call them first!
