I was uneasy about the move because we had so many stops and the furniture was antique. But the 2 men were very professional and very strong to be able to move some of the bigger pieces. I would use them again. thank you.

We were very pleased with the 4 gentlemen that came to move us. Very professional and easy to talk to! They were very helpful in placing our items where we wanted them. Definitely will use them again!

The fuel surcharge fee was not explained to us and was not included in the pre move letter that we assumed included all the costs associated with the move. This cost needs to be included in the letter.

Movers were scheduled to arrive 8:30-9:30am, but not informed, so arrived almost 2 hours late.

Overcharged with binding estimate.

The movers who came were more than professional. Not only were they fast and efficient, they communicated with each other effectively and kept us informed on their every move. There were many times I saw them literally running from the truck back to the house where there was no way they knew I was watching. Which as a customer who is paying by the hour, that is so incredibly amazing. They were polite and honestly it felt like friends were helping us move. My younger daughter had a couple soccer games that day and was in and out of the moving process. When she left for her second game they all wished her good luck by name! Their helpfulness and mindfulness of our belongings was genuine. We had never used a moving company before and honestly this could not have been a better experience.

They showed up on time and took good care of my things. Each piece of furniture was wrapped up extremely well so it wouldn't take any damage. They moved me from a 3 story apartment to my house across town in half a day. I was very satisfied with my move and would definitely use them again.
