The office staff was excellent in setting up the move. The two movers were professional, courteous and hard working. They represented the company well and I would recommend it to others as a result of my great experience. Tommy was especially helpful and just an amazing guy. They are both assets to your company.

Our packing crew of Tim, John & Hassan (sorry if the spelling's wrong) were great. On moving day, Tim, John & Hassan returned along with Cody and Jameel (again, sorry if we're off on the spelling). Again, all the guys were great. There were all professional and friendly, worked hard and were really efficient. We would recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone and everyone, and would absolutely, definitely use them again.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received. The men did not listen at all. I walked them through the whole house to show them what needed to be packed. They packed 2 bedrooms and came and said were done. I just looked at them and asked what about the master bedroom, kitchen, living room, backyard and the stuff from the front porch? They said they were done again and I walked out and said no, you need to pack this bench from the porch and my vacuum that’s sitting outside. I walked inside for one second came back out and they had left. Without packing my things. Even worse was their unpacking. They threw everything in the living room and left. I asked them to put the crib in the downstairs room it could of easily slid into. Instead they took it completely apart and brought it up.

The move team was on time and ready to start working as soon as they arrived. They were careful with all of our items and very efficient in all of their activity. The hustle of the team was remarkable to watch. If we ever dare move again we would definitely use Two Men and a Truck!

I was given an acceptable estimate, which I understand is an estimate; however, when the job costs more than double the estimate because the movers listed to their music, moved very slowly and complained the the walk from the door to truck slowed them down is ridiculous!!!! There were no stairs, no couch, no dining table, no refrigerator, no washer or dryer, etc. Even after complaining to management after 4 HOURS and everything was still NOT LOADED, management did nothing and refused to adjust the absurd charges. I wii NEVER EVER use them again or refer them.

Poorly packaged items. Careless when moving items. Did not feel safe when items were being moved. The movers were going very slow to the point that I had to call the office to inform them. A supervisor was sent on site and while the supervisor was there everything went great. After the supervisor left it was back to the same thing. At one point near the end of the move, the movers disappeared. We went and found them just hanginging out in the back of the truck. Would have been n8ce to inform us if they were going on break. A 3 hour move took 6 hours. Overall, poor experience. My time and money is important to me. I felt as if these boys had no consideration for either. Very disappointing. I will not be using this service again and I certainly will not be recommending it.
