I appreciated my moving team's attitude and courteous manner. They made sure they understood my expectations and asked clarifying questions when needed.
My ONLY disappointment was the amount of time it took to complete the move. I based my own time estimation on previous jobs you have completed for me. I know it was a hot day and that is why I complied with your office personal when they called me to ask if I would consider paying for three men to move me instead of the two I contracted. It made me very sad to see how two of the men worked diligently while the third man worked slowly and was found sitting down at the truck on several occasions.
I would use your services again, but only when I have another person to watch to make sure everyone is working while they are on the clock.

Movers showed up and clearly explained the process for the day. They immediately got to work by discussing our needs for the move. They took great care and worked efficiently. Mark and Isaiah were professional and respectful. I hope I don’t have to move soon, but if I do, I will be back! Thank you!

Office staff was slow to respond and didn't call me in the timeframe promised. The team I requested was not assigned to my move and office staff never let me know that in advance. My leather recliner was scratched during the move. Otherwise, pretty good.

Movers worked hard and fast the whole time. Really impressed to get the whole move done in one truck load!

The two men that assisted in my move were excellent great attitudes and very hard workers.

Germon, Christon, Chris, Chris and Charles were friendly, professional, courteous and very hardworking. We appreciated their good attitudes and the way they wrapped and took care of my parent's belongings. Great crew!!

Not everything was loaded on the truck. I had told the office about my backyard items I needed moved & it was forgotten. I had even shown one of the guys where it was in the yard. Also, I had asked them to do some packing and while the one guy did put some pots and pans in some boxes, they did not pack them on the truck because they wouldn't load any boxes that didn't have lids on them. I can say this though, I was amazed at how fast they loaded stuff and unloaded them. I would hire Two Men and a Truck again.
