The moving team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job of wrapping our furniture to protect it during the move. We had a lot of furniture and heavy furniture and they were very careful, efficient and hard working. Will plan to use Two men and a truck for our next move.

John and the team exceeded my expectations. They worked very hard in extreme heat hour after hour, always trying to be sure everything was well wrapped and packed so there was no damage. They were all very polite and well mannered. I would definitely use this team again and would recommend to others. Their goal was to please the customer and they succeeded.

The office team was phenomenal!
The moving team was great but with the following comments,
1. One leg of our sofa was broken, and I was not notified
2. After I provided Gatorades, the empty containers were tossed on the driveway

However, the team lead is awesome!

On my initial request for a quote I was told I needed someone at both storage locations, as the trucks we arrive at both separately. This was false information. The trucks went to both sequentially. I would train office staff to better word how a multi stop pickup will work.

The office staff was great. Always following up prior to and during the move. The moving team arrived on time and were very careful with our items. We will certainly recommend them to anyone that needs assistance with moving.
