The moving team exceeded my expectations. I have never used a moving company to move before and they made the process such an easy comfortable experience I will never move my own stuff again! They showed up on time, they were very polite and courteous. I didnandacirc;??t even have everything all prepared for them and I felt really bad about it, but they ended up helping me pack the last miscellaneous things and assured me that there was no reason to feel bad. The team of guys that came out were awesome! They were clean, helpful, efficient, very hardworking and very respectful. I want to thank the two of them for making this stressful move incredibly easy on me. I appreciate the kindness and the care of my property that was shown to me. Thank you again!

All was great, movers completed task within the 3HR timeframe, as requested. My only issue is with the sales pitch to purchase additional insurance for damaged property.
I believe that if an item is damaged or destroyed due to the handling by a moving company, or any individual for that matter, it is their responsability to pay for it. Asking customers to pay extra for potential mishandling of property is improper.
Part of the moving time is devoted to the contract and billing procedures. And when there is limited or low cellular connectivity, the clock is ticking on the customer; time which could be spent by both movers on packing up. I feel these contractual things could be outside of the $133. Though it did not negatively affect this particular move.

The two men that came to move our home were so amazing. Extremely professional, courteous, fast, patient and did a fantastic job taking care of our items. They made sure I felt my time was valued and never once did they make me feel like I wasnandacirc;??t a priority. I will be using two men and a truck again just based on how great they were. Thank you to them for everything and making our already stressful move much better!

Good job well manged within 3 hrs. Due to time crunch may be the master room bed assembly could not be done to assemble parts tight

The movers were great. The Promise that i would have 5 guys and 2 trucks at 8:30 a.m. didn't happen until 2:00 and the 3 guys they sent at 9:00 were dead tired. They worked very hard and very fast but this wasn't a job for 3 people and 1 truck; it was a job for 5 people and 2 trucks. i was totally frustrated as i had set up a team of 7 people to help me put the boxes into the correct rooms when the trucks were supposed to arrive. I was told 3 to 4 hours. The 3 guys finally got the truck loaded about 1:30 and headed to the new house and then took a break - MUCH NEEDED as they were kicking it since the first team was a no show. The second team finally arrived at 2:00 and it took until 7:00 as both the first and the second team were tired and i can't blame them. Not happy!

Tim and Burt the movers were terrific. Very polite. Did a great job in a timely fashion. I changed my mind a few times and added some items for them to take and there response was no problem. What ever I threw at them they accommodated. They were truly a pleasure.

The team was on time and worked fast and had great communication skills. They are remarkably strong and willing to help make the moving experience less stressful. One gentleman moved 40 boxes of books from the second story office down additional front porch steps without batting an eye. The teams that have helped us have great attitudes and make no excuses for any request.The teams have helped us in more the one state both were difficult jobs because of heavy book loads and the out of state team had three flights of stairs.

The reason I scored the office help lower was because I had talked to one woman, I believe her name was Angela she sounded elderly but she had not told me all that the company had to offer such as wrapping my TV and furniture, free wardrobes etc. I wanted to give her a lower score than good. She also made me anxious just unprofessional putting me on hold quite a few times every time I phoned her which was several times because I didnandacirc;??t feel comfortable with her. Every time I phoned the company I got her until one time I started talking to Mandy who was excellent. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed and also told me of all that was offered by your company like the wardrobes which were free and mattress cover etc. the movers were excellent even running back and forth and very kind.
