I had a complicated 3 day moving for things going to 3 locations. The men were all very polite, nice, and professional. The only glitch was that the first day packers did not have enough boxes and did not complete the packing. It left the movers the next day to do more packing which lost moving time. The office have us misinformation for us and to each other which further complicated things. Each of the 3 days involved more packing. The men were stellar in their attitude and work, in spite of the complications. I know that you are a good company, and this was an unusual situation.

Their manager grossly underestimated the time needed to pack my things saying all he had to do was look and could estimate. When it took much longer the office cut off their packing leaving One room almost untouched and a number of items behind. They then didn't finish unpacking and setting up things in the apartment into which I moved and couldn't schedule me the next day or even the same week to complete the job. So I was charge $6000 for an unfinished job and had to hire another company to do the work. Not only that, some of the packing was a palling with a tray of stainless flatware placed on top of antique porcelain cups and works of art not wrapped with bubble wrap. Stay away! The crew was personable and some of them serve you took care with my items but not all.

I was beyond impressed with the service that I received from Two Men and A Truck. The company promptly responded to my email inquiry and contacted me to get more information. The office staff called and verified the schedule for moving day and clearly discussed the costs involved and how billing would be handled. Cody and Abraham were so very nice and courteous and showed up right on time. They were very efficient during the move and very pleasant. I truly appreciated receiving a call during the move from the office to check in and see how things were going. I felt valued and appreciated as a customer. I could NOT have completed this necessary move without help and your company went above and beyond in responding to my need for a move. Thank you for everything.

Justin and John were great. They were friendly and helpful. What a pleasurable experience. If you have to move into assisted living at The Kensington, at least our stuff was delivered nicely and not broken.
