My overall experience with Two Men And a Truck was great! The interaction with the staff and actual movers was professional and courteous. I had 2 move days with excellent movers on both days, Robert and Pablo day 1 and Jabrion and John day 2. I appreciate that all 4 men had great work ethics, handled all my items with care and were very personable. I am very appreciative and thankful to the staff and movers for a smooth move!!! I would definitely use Two Men And a Truck again.

I chose you guys because your website was modern and clean and easy to use. I loved being able to pick each room and go through what I needed moved and then your recommending how many boxes I would need. your website totally won me over. And then the two guys who helped me move were awesome!

The moving team arrived on time. They determined what order to load the truck since there were 3 drop off locations. Did excellent work.

The movers were almost a full hour late because they couldn't find the address they were given. They argued with me that the address was wrong. It was not. They went to a storage facility in Upland when I specifically told them it was not in Upland. And had even given them the cross streets and landmarks. They completely ignored my direction. Terrible start to the move. It didn't improve from there. They were slow, took frequent long restroom breaks and had no experience putting together furniture. I have used Two Men and a Truck on five other moves in different states. I will not use them again. Very disappointing for a company I had come to trust.

Movers were respectful and made my moving experience much easier. I would recommend this company and use again in future.

Office sent me a quote that they would show up on Sunday, I called after the arrival time only to be told I was not scheduled. I called the office and they said they would send someone out Sunday or Monday. I called Monday and was told I was not scheduled and would be able to be moved Tuesday. The quote over the phone was misleading and several hundred dollars below the actual price. The movers were slower than they needed to be by quite a bit, but the main problem was the office personnel. By the time I figured out I was getting fleeced, I was in a bind to be moved, as family had flown in to help me move. This was basically a shakedown operation by all appearances. I hope you depend on your reputation, because I will make sure everyone I know hears this story when they move.

We have used several moving companies in the past in several states and Two Men and A Truck has always been the most consistent in terms of the quality of service. I was glad to find them here in California and it took away alot of the anxiety of the moving process.

Best movers ever. Jose and Chris were amazing. Their attitude, demeanor, professionalism, tact and care went well above what we were expecting. It was a perfect move and we couldn't have asked for better service from those two guys.
