The three movers showed up on time and went right to work. The truck was loaded in time expected and left for destination. They arrived at destination after lunch and had the truck unloaded within three hours with all the furnishings in their desired location. They where all very professional and performed with expertise.

If there were a rating above excellent, the men who moved our things would have gotten it. They were helpful, wanting to be just right for us and very careful. They made the move so easy..Thank you, both

Steve and Andrew were courteous, professional and worked very hard while taking care of the moved items.

A mirror was broken, or rather the wooden frame around the mirror. Also broken was one of the legs to a dining room chair. I discovered the breakages after the movers left. They had very carefully propped the mirror against a wall. It wasn’t until I found the broken frame that I could even identify the mirror! I immediately called the office, spoke with a man who clearly didn’t care that I was angry. I’ve never received a call from the manager. I will never use this company again. To so rudely leave my broken furniture for me to discover. I tipped your employees, $20 each. Not even at that moment did any of them say anything. Lousy ethics. No apology. I could’ve done better with a couple temp workers and a U-Haul truck. And it would’ve been less expensive!

They guys were great in packing and moving my furniture, but sadly, broke a door and i am taking it up, hopefully
we can resolve this

They packed everything carefully in half the estimated time which saved us a great deal of money.

The movers did their job. My biggest complaint is with the cost....$165/hr is too much.

I really appreciated the help & the movers were great! Very efficient and quick service-I will definitely use two men and a truck for any future moves!
