The 2 men did a great job loading and unloading. Unfortunately they arrived 3 hours late because their truck wouldn't start on delivery day. Possible maintenance issue. So I'm very pleased with the 2 men, but not so much with the truck.

First, the three guys that came out to help move were so friendly and nice. They were really great. They asked questions and make sure that every thing was were I wanted it. The only suggestion that I have is one of safety. They need to make sure they are not walking over moving pads. A process improvement training would be helpful. Take pads off, move them to one location, then move the furniture. They were stepping over the pads a lot and they could get hurt or damage/drop things. Second- I had one of them attach my headboard to my bed frame and I have LOTS of left over hardware. This will have to be redone. He was super nice and tried his best- but it is not done correctly. Overall, great job and I will use you guys again!
