From my phone call to the office, to the actuall time to pay, my experience was as simple as can be! The receptionist was very clear on what to expect. The movers called 15 min before arriving, to give me a heads up. They went straight to work! Wrapped EVERYTHING! Treated my stuff like their own. They move much quicker than I do. And had that truck loaded in no time. They unloaded at the new house just as efficiently. When it came time to pay, I was shocked that it was half of what I was quoted. I told the mover, there must be a mistake, this isn't what I was quoted, I didn't want them to get in trouble... He said the 2 hr minimum was applied, and they only took 3 hrs to move me... It was less than quoted. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity this company has!

My positive experience started with Justin who first came to evaluate the house and gave valuable suggestions on the packing.
The people that came to pack the load were extremely hard working. The company accommodated all the load even though it was more than the initial estimate. The workers were helpful in cleaning up after packing in the house. At my new location, the team took the time to neatly arranged my things in the storages. I will surely use them again.

I have used your services twice before in moving my home and my business. I always found the movers to be very careful with wrapping our items and ensuring they are well protected.
This time was different. A different crew that did not use the blankets we provided or the plastic wrap you provide for them. I was not there for the first part of the loading and my wife was inside instructing so we did not see how it was packed. Upon getting to Georgia and unpacking the trailer we found items badly damaged & ruined. Gouges in the tops of furniture, not a scratch, but several 2 to 3 inch gouges from other furniture being stacked on top without anything in between! How could anyone think that is ok? They didn't use the clear wrap which we asked them to. I can't upload photos or I would here.

Overall experience was exceptional. Our movers Andrew and Saul were very professional and did an awesome job from start to finish. I would recommend Andrew and Saul to my family and friends.

The gentlemen who came to load and unload out stuff were efficient, friendly, timely and had a great working attitude towards their job even though they had to work in the rain. The office personnel was flat, not friendly yet not rude, gave minor direction, didn't return phone calls but responded through emails, and didn't answer all my questions.
