Not too happy with the fact that they cracked a door on my cabinet only to find out because I didn’t purchase extra insurance it would only cover 60 cents per pound. After paying $330 for the two hour minimum it was way overpriced since they damaged my brand new cabinet. The insurance it comes with is pretty much worthless.

I was disappointed with my moving experience. I had used two men and a truck 3yrs ago for my first move and had a wonderful experience. So, I was expecting the same for this move. However, this go round I experienced 2 long delays and 2 broken items. I had to ask to get the delayed time periods removed from my overall price and am still waiting (2 weeks now) to hear from the manager regarding a piece of broken glass that I need replaced. After this experience I’m not sure that I would hire two men and a truck again.

The person who booked it gave me an estimate that was more than 1/2 what it ended up costing. The one mover complained the whole time. They broke my furniture and then left without writing my damages ticket. They moved my freezer upside down. They left a fraction of my stuff at my old house and wouldn’t make a second trip because they said they had another job, when they were scheduled to help me for 7 hours.

I did have three scrapped walls from moving the refrigerator . The washer and dryer were put back so the doors open into each other. Everything else was perfect.

I am very upset that my refrigerator was damaged during the move. The movers said it wouldn’t be a problem getting it repaired. I have called and spoke to Justin and he said someone would get back with me. No one did and I called again and left a message and still no one has called me back. I am very upset about my refrigerator getting damaged. It was the one item I specifically said to be very careful with because it dents very easily!!!

2 - antique wine glasses broken, door broken on small antique table, broke salad bowl and drinking glass, broke mosaic candle, 2-broken plates, antique water bottle missing, lampshade missing, spiritual stones missing from book shelf in bedroom, new password for Rabobank taped to printer gone. I have moved many times and know how to wrap - all glass items double wrapped and fragile marked several times on boxes to be handled with care. The guys were very nice but careless with packing. Over all not pleased...

When we arrived at our new home, the team that loaded our truck did not do anything to protect my brand new washer and dryer set and it was dented and very scratched. When I called customer service I was told they are not responsible because we would have to specifically ask for it to be wrapped. We didn't ask for anything to be wrapped but everything else was so that explanation makes no sense.

We are missing a big box of shoes. I don’t know how this happened, but it could have been our fault.
Overall our experience was excellent and I would recommend Two Men and a Truck

The movers were great. However, several things were damaged & I haven’t unpacked most boxes yet.
1)A box was dropped & 90% of the antique glass pieces were broken.
2)A foot of a bookcase was broken
3) A handle on a table was broken
4) After tipping an antique dresser, we can’t open a drawer. It will need repairs. I did ask them not to tip it.

The three men worked very hard & had great attitudes. For the most part, much made it in fine shape. It was a short distance luckily. Hopefully, when unpacking, things are ok. I would use them again.

Used Two Men and a Truck to pack my household and load a moving truck. The movers were very helpful and friendly. But that's where it ends. The truck was very poorly packed and my items were not well protected or secured in the truck. The quality of the loading was terrible. When I opened the truck what I found was appalling. They had placed white upholstered cushions on top of a dirty BBQ to protect a wooden chair. My lounge chairs were both broken because they were unsecured and just stuffed into the back of the truck. My couch was damaged and ripped. My kitchen table has a huge gouge in it. My carbon mountain bike was just stuffed inside on top of an art/picture box and on top of a metal rack. Now there is deep gouges in the carbon of the frame of my bike. Unacceptable.
