I would have given them a higher rating but they were almost 2 hours late znd we were on a strict deadline this pscked. No tesdy to drive 5 hours home. On s brighter note we would not hzvd been able to fit everything in the truck without their help. They were very professional and pleasant. I appreciate their help.

Booking was great, even had to change date, moving guys superb, only thing to improve was time of arrival. we were told movers would arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 and they showed up at 10 without any phone call or other type of notice to let us know they were running late.

Chris and Corey were just the best. Personable, professional, quick, great with suggestions, everything was doable and really important to me is a sense of humor which they have. This move was very stressful for me and I so much appreciate them.

I regret to say that this experience was less than pleasant for many reasons; here are a few. One of the packers was terrific and wrapped everything very well; the other simply tumbled things into boxes, including not only folded towels and linens but also household and office items (staplers, boxes of paper clips, a telephone etc.), along with framed art pictures, none of which were protectively wrapped or in picture boxes as I had requested. Two clean bed quilts were not wrapped at all and were tossed onto the pile, which was easily visible when the truck door was opened (as was the fact they were no longer clean). The movers, however, were very good and attentive and did a professional job, after, that is, they located the correct address, as they had gone to the wrong one, which was because the person who did the estimate got it wrong and then did not transmit that info. after I noticed it. I also told the packers the correct address, who said they'd make sure it got to the movers ~ this did not happen, as there was no communication between them. Also missing from this equation was the transmission of my new phone number, which I told the packers, who did not communicate with the movers or the office staff. My phone conversation with the person in charge was frustrating because after hearing my comments, he said I'd moved a very long way (225 miles) and that everything had got to its destination (not quite true, as a large box and two other items were left behind). I said I thought that was their job, which didn't go down well. When I asked about the two missing items, his response was, "Oh, yeah, I think they're here." And when those items were repacked and sent, the only thing breakable was broken, as it hadn't been wrapped before being stuffed into the box. Altogether, an unhappy experience.

Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. The good...Mason was an absolute stand our rock star for the off load. David put in a quick appearance for the off load (he has helped me move previously) and he is as good as they come, completely top notch.
Bad...broken down truck, hours of wasted time standing in a street corner waiting for the team to figure out what to do, incompetent movers for packing up the truck, many items damaged. I appreciate the reduced fee, but the experience was not what I expected.

The piano was likely too heavy for two men to a safely move. They got it done and there is a bit of damage to the wood on the front of the piano. Might want to keep this in mind when you send a team to move us back in this coming Friday.
