I would have been happy and satisfied with the service. I have no complaints about the method of moving however the next day I noticed a lot of scratches and broken vinyl plank upstairs. I have to pay extra to have these repaired. I have labeled boxes and bags where to put them. Instead the movers left a lot of them in the garage.

Setting up the appointment was easy and the individual I talked to on the phone was very professional.

Quincy and Abdul were fantastic! Loaded a POD for us with great care, keeping us informed of steps along the way, and then used the truck to transport outdoor furniture to store at a nearby friend's house. They were efficient and friendly, and took a lot of stress off our shoulders, because, face it, moving is always stressful. Good job guys!

The guys you sent out did a great job. They listened to us regarding what needed to be done and packed the containers as needed for shipment. Very efficient and hard working. They were a pleasure to have doing this for us.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Our overall experience was great! The office staff was friendly and easy to work with! Our 3 guys who did the moving were the best, if and when we have to move again I would most definitely use your company again and would want to request the same guys, Duncan, Zach and Bernardo. They were friendly, on time and did an amazing job with our whole move!
