Very helpful at a really stressful time. One minor unfortunate breakage not due to aggressive handling but otherwise very competent and friendly..

I was satisfied with the move with the exception of a 4 in. tear in the screen door through which the belongings were moved. This is a property with heavy HOA restrictions and the damage has not yet been reported.

I was surprised that no coverings were put on floors with white carpets, and movers kept their shoes on nonetheless. (I would have expected the shoes, but not the lack of coverings.) Moreover, fingerprints were left on a white sofa. If it hadn't been for the fact that we were in the process of emptying one house and putting things in storage in another, all in preparation for leaving AZ the next morning, I would have called you and asked for an inspection of the sofa. I simply lacked the time and energy to do so.

From the move plan to the actual move, everyone from Two Men and a Truck kept me informed concerning all the aspects of my move. Although glass on my bookcase was secured, accidents happen. Paper work was immediately filled out and I expect someone to call for an appointment to fix it.

Your office gal was lovely, your moving team was great. Only a couple of boo boos - a broken glass panel in a piece of furniture and a very damaged agave plant that the truck backed into.

I packed my breakables myself (poorly) and not one thing broke, not even my glass shot glass collection! They did scrape my wall with their dolly though. Also the foot on my dresser came off. Don't know how but they brought it to my attention pre-move

The office staff failed to actually schedule the move day after multiple phone calls, emails and even taking a deposit from my credit card. I called them the day of the move and they scrambled a team together which put my move back several hours. The team worked extremely slow (it took almost 7 hours to do one load/unload of mainly large items plus the distance between houses was 10 minutes). They damaged some items as well. I never received a follow up call or any sort of discount for the unprofessionalism of the entire experience.

Dalton & Anthony are very professional and conscientious. They both provide that little extra that doesn't cost anything more but means so much in making one feel well cared-for.
Kudos to your entire team. I will highly recommend your service to others and will not hesitate to use Two Men and a Truck again!

To begin with, I had some unexpected scheduling issues at my end that delayed the move for a couple of weeks. Jimmie and Leanne could not have been more helpful, reassuring and courteous throughout. Charles, Anthony and Jose were thoroughly professional and courteous, and because the objects being moved presented challenges, I am pleased to say they knew exactly what they were doing! The move went quickly and perfectly. Courteous? We delivered one piece to my sister; I introduced her on arrival. Before leaving, they all thanked her most sincerely with words and smiles! On time courtesy and professionalism throughout a business experience is hard to find these days and very much appreciated indeed!

Jimmie was responsive to my inquiry and fully explained the contract. Jessie was prompt for our meeting and also explained the process well. Finally, Alfonso and Seamus were a joy to work with, worked efficiently and professionally, and went the extra mile when delivering and setting up my furniture!
