The movers were excellent. The office staff was very rude. The women who answers the phone for the Scottsdale location needs to learn how to be respectful to her clients. An attitude adjustment is needed.

The cost was significantly higher than the upper limit quoted, office made no attempt to rectify when notified twice. Hardware missing in office furniture.

Overall experience was terrific. Would have liked it even more if they would have pointed out where they had nicked paint on walls, staircase . I fixed all of them with minimal fuss, just disappointed I had to find them.
Deserie
On the phone and in person, everyone was very professional and courteous. They did exactly what they said they would with great care. Arrived on time and placed confirmation and follow up phone calls. Highly recommend. this is the 2nd time we have used Two Men and A Truck. Last time was across country move. Both times service was excellent!

We had a lot of items broken and items were missing following the move. Part of it was my fault not having three people. Workers were stressed and made mistakes. One was experienced and one wasn't. One in charge was polite but definitely needed more help.

You were unbelievable - extremely polite and helpful to ensure that we were able to make the move on the day that we needed. The moving crew was the best that I had ever seen. They were neat, polite, very efficient. I cannot think of enough adjectives to describe just how great that they were.!!!
