The movers loaded our furniture out quickly, however, when they came to unloading they found and elevator about 150 ft. away from our facility and with at stairs only 20 ft. from our door it took them twice as long to unload as packing. Also the left some items stacked on top of one another without separating.

This is the third time we've used Two Men and a Truck, and the first two times were excellent, but this third time was just acceptable. The 3 young men that showed up were nice, but unfortunately they weren't as organized and efficient as the last movers we had, the first two times. They moved slower, were unorganized when it came to a packing strategy, and we had to repeat what we wanted done several times. As time went on, we were forced to have them not load everything into the truck and just move as to not go over the allotted time. We're still left with many items that need to be moved. We will consider using Two Men and a Truck again in the future, but will definitely request different movers if we do.

I moved 10 miles away. Every wood piece of furniture, Drexel heritage 59 year old small cabinet, Ethan Allen cherry table and a large Ethan Allen large armoire had chips of wood out of them and damage. I had almost as much damage on this move as I had on a long distance move with storage, so really 2 moves. One of my Upholstered chairs haid a dirty hand mark on it which thankfully I was able to get out.
I don't think there was a lot of care put into preserving the condition of my furniture. I tipped the movers in cash, something no mover had previously demanded, but after seeing the condition of my furniture I wish I had not tipped them. My husband and I have moved ourselves and 3 adult children and every time, we did a better job.
I wouldn't hire them again.
