The office staff was rude, and told us they didn't care if we didn't use their service. I didn't cancel because I didn't want to take money away from the movers. Both movers were great! They really took care of our stuff. It is because of the 2 guys, I won't put in an official complaint with the BBB. The office staff was terrible!

My fiancé and I have used your service 4 times over the past 3 years. No issues. The guys have been great Keep up the good work.

The guys that showed up to do our move were wonderful! They were very hard working and very considerate with our belongings. They did it in a timely manner and were very pleasant young men. Awesome experience! Thank you.

I was pleased that the two men were working quickly since we were paying by the hour. But I noticed on two occasions while I was next to them they hit the door frame with the furniture, oh well it happens I thought. My mistake when we finished I should have looked at all the furniture as it was put in place but I didn’t (I think it’s important to do with any company) Sat down outside this last weekend to enjoy the patio and there are long white scrape marks on the black outdoor table. Unfortunately in a very visible place but I’ll try and repair it.

The office people were accommodating to our specifications need for a small move of just two pieces of furniture and I had to reschedule and that was easy

From start to finish the entire process was great. Really appreciated the call before to confirm appointment and then the driver calling when he was on the way to my pick-up site. The movers were really great about making sure they didn't scratch my walls or floors.
