Overall the experience was great. Everything from making the appointment to the move went smoothly. I didn't use much of the truck's space but the movers earned their money flying my heaviest furniture down stairs.

Jessica in the office was great at communication including telling us the available times for our move, follow up to give us confirmation of time and other details.
The 3 man moving team was terrific. They introduced themselves, shook my husband and my hands and were sincerely nice with great senses of humor. They were very careful with all the possessions we were moving.
