Broke a glass panel on the China cabinet and no one has reached out to me from the claims team yet, despite being told I would hear from someone the following day and it’s already a day after that. The one sentimental item my late boyfriend left me and it broke. If someone had let me know in advance that glass “mysteriously” breaks in heat, I would have requested an early morning move.

I believe when you spoke to the manager on Monday, he informed you that we work with a vendor here in the valley and we have a process we need to go through. I moved Aug 3, and had lined up the move back in June. Aug 1 was contacted by Jessica to confirm the move. Aug 3 Joey and Gregg arrive right on time. They were both friendly and professional and very careful to wrap and load all my furniture, At the destination they unloaded everything and made sure everything got to the correct room. Nothing was damaged, Joey and Gregg did a great job !!!

I have zero complaints: When I first called the office, I spoke with Jessica, who gave me an estimate that matched the moving day cost. I got one of their moving packs, and it was delivered promptly and had everything we needed. We packed according to their guidelines/suggestions and everything went smoothly on moving day. Also, the movers were in and out, hardworking, and didn't damage anything.
