The moving team all seemed like nice guys, but they arrived at my home in the midst of a pandemic without masks, which was both disrespectful and irresponsible. Fortunately I had extras, but the supervisor was not diligent with the team so they wore them inconsistently. They worked inefficiently - deliberately slowly to add cost - and, in our quiet community of retirees, they were very loud.

Thank you for the feedback, April. We provide gloves and masks when requested upon booking so terribly sorry if that wasn't relayed to you. As for the noise, it can get a bit noisy while moving the furniture with four-wheelers and dollies especially if elevators or stairs are involved. Our two movers were great!! Very efficient and polite. Worked in the heat and carried everything up 2 flights of stairs and never complained or slowed down. Would definitely recommend them!
