What sold me was the professionalism of the office staff, particularly Carla. She was helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. She got me a quote and followed up by answering all of my questions and my follow-up calls regarding changes.
The moving team was professional as well. They were on time and communicated with me in a timely manner.
