We were recommended to use you primarily from Connie Sunday, a andquot;relocation specialistandquot;, who has much expertise and experience in the andquot;moving into a retirement communityandquot; project. Your personnel were polite, courteous and efficient. They seemed to totally understand and accomplish the andquot;game planandquot; developed by you and Connie. We did have to request a 3rd truck, for our significant amount of material, and this process was handled very efficiently, from what we could determine. Hired Two Men And A Truck for the 2 hour minimum to move a dining room set locally. Everything was blanketed well and table top was shrink wrapped on the ends to hold blankets in place before it was moved. Did great job!! Will definitely use again. Tx

Men were congenial and polite packing up furniture at first address. But they became increasingly irritated at bringing items to the two different locations specified in the job. They seemed to both of the other people that they were bothered by the distance of the job and the time it was taking to finish and get back to the office. Unacceptable behaviour.

Overall a great job. Two things were put in storage unit which should not have been. Not a huge deal except for the fact that there is not an easy way to access these items. If boxes were packed on both sides with space in between there would be better availability to access items from storage unit. One of the movers mentioned he forgot to ask if I was going to need access to items at the end of the move. Great attitude of movers and very efficient.

Sleep number recommended you because they said that you know their beds. We did have trouble with our bed when we got started to move it because some of the batteries had melted. Your guys were great - the lead gentleman knew the bed and knew what to do. He set the bed up and it works great. Thank you very much.
