I'd like to outline issues to you for future training of the men...I had a few things broken, and the packing was not what I expected. The men were fantastic, courteous, and helpful. Just think there is a training opportunity here. Do you have an email that I could send feedback/photos to? Thank you.

They took about twice as long as they should have. They would bring in a piece of furniture then disappear for 15 minutes. I think they were trying to milk it for as long as they could, so they could stretch it out for two hours. There weren't very many pieces of furniture to move.

I can assure you that was not their intention and they expressed to us that the Sagewood senior community has long walks and they did not want to be disruptive. Also, Monday-Friday we have a two hour minimum and Saturdays we have a four hour minimum. Impressed by the two young men, they were respectful, engaging, kind, and helpful. They are also community minded...a rareity these days. Someone else at the storage unit was throwing out furniture and they picked up a few pieces to take to a womenandacirc;??s shelter type facility. That really impressed me. You have some great guys here, I hope you treat them right and develop their loyalty to you. I would like them back when I restore my furniture. Thanks, S. Aska
