From my initial contact with the office staff for a quote through pickup, delivery, and setup of my property, my experience with Two Men and a Truck was nothing short of truly professional and outstanding!

While I was very pleased, overall, I did have one small issue. They left the bed slats at my old place. I can easily transport them but I was counting on the movers to set up the bed for me. I can't lift the mattress myself and don't quite know how to resolve this.

The movers left our head and foot boards to our bed behind. One of the guys went back to find it and set the bed up for us. Then one of the guys went through the screen of our patio door. I am waiting to hear from my apartment management and then I will submit the bill to Two Men and a Truck.

Overall, I am very happy with my experience. The younger of the two men doing the actual move seemed dissatisfied with his job. "they don't pay me enough for this" "I'm going to put in my notice" ect. that was a little uncomfortable. It was a larger moving job and it did take 10 hours (with an hour in the middle for lunch break) I did tip both men well.

The movers were great....the two of them moved everything quicker than the 3 movers we had hired from a different company the prior year. They explained everything in detail and worked very quickly and professionally. Will definitely be using Two men and a truck for all future moves!

It was a hard move , heavy boxes , moving from upstairs . Surprised movers estimate of invoice said 21 items ...... had way more ( 2 br apt.) the movers were excellent .

Our moving experience was excellent except for one problem. The estimator was inefficient, and was not realistic in his evaluation that we could pack and move on the same day. Our moving team recognized that mistake at once, but worked nonstop to complete our move in the one day promised. The moving guys were outstanding men who, except for a 15 minute lunch break, worked nonstop until 11:00 p.m. so that we could complete our move and meet our deadlines in both our old and new homes the following day. I can't say enough good about their attitudes and their care for us and our belongings. Damon, Johnny, Joe and Luis were absolutely amazing.

The worst experience with a moving company how can a mover come to a clients house without any tools to take furniture apart? They expected to move a king size bed in one part? Then the 2 pieces they failed to wrap got scratched badly. Now time wise 4 hours to move 2 rooms! I am 60 and think I could have rented a truck and packed it faster than they did. Absolutely the worst experience ever! Will not recommend or use ever again!
