If I could give them a 12, I would! They were the most efficient, helping and kind team! From Mary who scheduled to the team who came out, they were awesome! I had a serious injury the night before the move so everything was behind and they were so patient and helpful. I would recommend this company and staff above all others!

My team was AWESOME. They really went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable, and that our belongings were cared for. They walked me through every step of the process and made sure that they did everything as fast as they possibly could. We really appreciate their hard work and will recommend them to others if we know of anyone moving.

Movers did an excellent job . Only issue was that they dropped a brand new never used smoker . I understand these things happen they apologized and took photos & said office would follow up. 2 emails and no reply from office on my damaged property. During initial conversation. Office staff stressed how they were responsible and if any damage did occur they would take responsibility. Not even a reply to 2 emails. Because of this I would not recommend your service . Sold me the service with empty promisses

A poor value. The movers although nice did not move with any sense of urgency and I ended up having to load almost all of my heavy electronic equipment into my car with a bad back. The move took quite a bit longer than it should have. In the end I found that I was being nickel and dimed for every penny by TMT ie being charged $3.00 for the marking pens used to mark the boxes and every billable hour was being rounded up to the next fifteen minuites.

When our manager showed up to check on the move you were happy and then when we called to follow up you didn&#39;t have any concerns. Your move finished directly within the estimated time period. We always explain with as much clarity as possible that we charge to the closest 15 minute increment and packing materials are not included in the price. We&#39;re not sure why you felt that you needed to move your electronic equipment, but we apologize for any miscommunication that may have led you to that conclusion. We hope that in the future, should the need arise, you give us the opportunity to prove our value.</div>

We were very happy with the service and will plan on using the moving service again in about 6 months. the moving team and office staff were great.

Horrible experience!!!!! I’ve used two men and a truck before so I never thought I would have such problems with them. Not only was one of the movers on his phone multiple times while on the clock of me paying him, he then claimed he “twisted” his knee and couldn’t continue moving my furniture. Thsndukly my dad and husband was there to help the second mover finish the job, which at $110 an hour is ridiculous! After the last of the furniture was moved the “hurt” crew member hopped hop on his twisted knee and went over the charges with me and collected payment. NEVER. AGAIN!

<div>Lindsay, we take all of these claims very seriously and have looked into them closely. We checked both of the crew member&#39;s phones and found only communication with management for the start time and load pictures for your move. The mover with the knee problem was already wearing a knee brace since he was having some small issues so we are fairly confident that he did &quot;twist&quot; his knee. Our understanding is that he took no more than 5 minutes to adjust his brace and finished emptying the truck before completing the paperwork to end the job. We do apologize that your father and husband had to help with that one item at the end. We NEVER expect our customers to do that and have contingencies to prevent it, but having them step in did save some time and for that reason we did take some time off of the final bill. We&#39;re very sorry that you did not enjoy your experience, as you know, it is not typical for our customers to be dissatisfied. If you were to give us a shot we would be happy to prove to you that we are the Movers Who Care.</div>

We want to commend Joe T. and Ernest for the job they did. They arrived on time and were very courteous to a couple of 83-year-olds. We appreciated that very much. They worked steadily and efficiently on both ends of the move. We could not be more pleased with them as representatives of your company. Thank You!

I was highly satisfied with my movers. There care and handling of the furniture and friendliness was outstanding. They were diligent and knew what they were doing. We recommended them to the person that we purchased our furniture from for a cross-country move.
