Unfortunately late starts (anything after 11am) tend to be at the mercy of the move before hand and in this case, the move before yours went much longer than expected. We do everything we can to stay within the estimate of all of our moves, but sometimes we get surprised with added items or difficult situations that add time. This was the case on the day of your move and we are truly sorry that the result was an inconvenience for you.</div>
