The ONLY draw back was having to pay for the time they spent stuck in traffic due to an accident.

Eric and Joe were the best movers I have used in the past 15 years and I have moved 6 times. They unknowingly relieved the stress that comes with moving. We laughed and joked, and they ALWAYS maintained professionalism. Not only would I use Two Men And A Truck, I would request Eric and Joe agian. I highly recommend Two Men and A Truck! DURING MY LAST RECENT MOVE ALL I NEEDED WAS SOMEONE TO LOAD/UNLOAD MY HEAVY FURNITURE SINCE I ALREADY HAD A TRAILER. I TRIED A COMPANY OFF OF THE WEB SITE MOVINGHELP BUT WHEN THEY CALLED ME I BECAME RATHER INSECURE OF THIER ABILITY WHEN I INFORMED OF A PARTICULAR AND SPECIAL PIECE OF FURNITURE I WANTED MOVED IN A CERTAIN WAY. EVEN THOUGH I KNEW TMAAT WOULD BE A LITTLE MORE PRICEY THEY WERE ABLE TO SATISFY MY PARTICULAR NEED AND THEY PERFOMED THE JOB WITH EXCELLENCE. THANKS SO MUCH, TMAAT! RICHARD

We hired and paid for professional movers. We received minimum wage service. The movers did not secure any of the shelves inside of our furniture. This resulted in damage inside the furniture. The remarks from the movers, "you will probably not really see the scratches because it will be behind the doors." The base/bottom of the furniture was not properly covered causing damage. The mover's comment was, "sometimes that happens and you are insured for damage." The base of our Thomasville dining room table was overly wrapped with plastic causing the framing not to remain square. This caused the base to crack. Our mistake was assuming we would have experienced professionals caring for our household furniture.

The first time we used Two Men, the service was excellent. That moved us to use you again, however that experience was far less than what we had expected, and frankly what we deserved for the cost! However, knowing you could do much better, and now in a different state, we had no qualms about trying again. And, you more than lived up to our expectations. The office staff was very helpful: friendly, efficient, and professional. However, the two men, Ernie and Izeke (sp?) who did the onsite work were just outstanding, and on NY's Eve day no less! They did an excellent job and wee also very personable, listened and responded to our concerns/requests, and just did an all-round fantastic move for us! We are recommending them to friends and neighbors.
