This was the 2nd time using them and have had no problems. They arrived when they were supposed to, worked efficiently, and placed furniture where I asked. I would use them again.

I thought that they were courteous and very helpful.

We had several broken items from the move that cost us $3500!! This was the 2nd time we used them so we were repeat customers. Many of our boxes were not clearly marked a to the contents so it was very difficult to find our essential stuff.
The attitude of the office manager when I reported the items damaged was: It's too late for you to report because of the 96 hour deadline already passed from the move date. I'm SO glad YOU covered your butt, but I have damaged stuff because of YOUR move!! I will NEVER use you again!!! We are moving in a few months into a new home and we will be using another moving company to handle that move. WE ARE DONE WITH YOU!!!!!!
